    I originally purchased flowers for my friend who recently lost her mother from another company. Later that day they called back and said they couldn't fill the order because the flowers were not delivered to the shop that day. I just happened to pick this current shop out and My friend who the flowers were delivered to called me back and she said they were absolutely beautiful! They were her mother's favorite colors and I did not realize this when I ordered it. Extremely happy about this during a very difficult time in my friend's life.

    Oh no I’m so sorry you weren’t happy!!! I wish I would’ve called and told you we did not have the pink carnations from photo you picked out! However it does say on website substitutions will be made.. I substituted with pink ranunculus, pink roses, pink astilbe, and pink alstroemerias... which are more high-end flowers. I will take this as a learning experience and not assume the upgrade is best and always call my customers to discuss substitutions. Thanks and have a blessed evening.

    I sent flowers to my girlfriend for her birthday while she was home in Mississippi. Her birthday was on Thursday and then I arrived Sunday. Once I arrived i noticed the roses were mini roses not full size and they were completely wilted. The rest of the bouquet was pretty and lasted for two weeks.

    This flower shop never stops surprising me. I have lived here since 2000 and just when I think I've seen about everything they can do with an arrangement, I get a new masterpiece like I did yesterday for my wife's sobriety anniversary. I have seen other flower shops come and go here in long beach but they just can't compete with the quality of flowers or the friendliness of lois' staff. A plus for lois flower shop.

    The flowers were beautiful. I am upset that they did not bring my chocolates. They had to call the shop and then go back and get them. I found that very irritating because I am currently in MO and sent them to my daughter in MS. If i wouldnt of told my mother about everything that was getting delivered. I would of gotten ripped off.
