I always have great service from rosewood. They have done several flower orders for me over the years and I have never been disappointed. Almost all orders have had the flowers in the set that I ordered but there was once or twice during a rush/off season order where some of the flowers were not available till the next day so they were nice enough to substitute with just as nice flowers while keeping the theme of the set.

I called Nora 2 DAYS before my daughter's wedding in Texas because she originally said she didn't want flowers. Nora gladly took the order and managed to get the EXACT flowers we wanted in the EXACT colors we requested. She delivered them the next day! She went above & beyond to be helpful & sweet about everything She was SO pleasant when I called her no less than 5 times in 1 day! I was a florist for 20 years, and I'm sad that I couldn't be in Texas from Ohio for my girl's wedding, but Nora took care of the flowers just like I would have. I know prices of flowers & Nora gave me a huge price.

Had a wonderful experience with Rosewood Florist. The online ordering was very easy to use and the same day delivery option was very useful!
